Harlana J. Clay, 65, of Caseyville, Illinois, passed away on May 3, 2021.

Harlana was born October 12, 1955, in East St. Louis, Illinois to James and Dean Barnes. She and Glenn Clay were married on July 6, 1980 in San Diego, California.

She was a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and loved to fish.

Harlana was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Barbara and Susie.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn Clay; children: Robert (Mary) Clay of Belleville, Illinois, Tambra Martin of Caseyville, Illinois, Christopher Clay of Mt. Olive, Illinois and Christine Clay of St. Louis, Missouri; sisters: Dee Barnes of Pennsylvania and Judy (Tom) Purcell of Collinsville, Illinois; brother, Kenneth Barnes; and 7 grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Illinois.

Funeral service will take place at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery under the direction of Herr Funeral Home.
