Helen A. Kling

Helen A. Kling, 95, of Collinsville, IL., born May 13, 1923, in Caseyville, IL., passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018, in Belleville, IL.

Helen was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family.  She was a life long member and in the Ladies Aid at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Collinsville, IL.  Helen was a Meals on Wheels Volunteer.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles J. Kling; her parents, Joseph Frey and Ester, nee Olah, Frey; her siblings, Joe Frey, Francis Frey, Pearl Frey, Margaret Frey, Bertha Johnson, Virginia Riel, Newton Gladys Blevins and Ethel M. Reid.

Surviving are her son Charles J. Kling Jr. of Collinsville, IL.; her grandson, Charles J Kling III.

Visitation:  Friends may visit with the family 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2018, at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL.

Funeral:  Funeral Services will be 10:30, Monday, October 8, 2018, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Collinsville, IL., with Pastor Brad Thomas officiating.  Burial will follow the service at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.
