Ina Rae Nekola, 81, of Glen Carbon, IL., born September 25, 1932, in Glen Carbon, IL., passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO., following health complications.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Ethel Blatnick and her sister Ruth Henderson.
Ina is survived by her loving husband of 51 years Raymond Nekola; her children Vicki Earney and Marty Kovarik; grandchildren, Lauren, Amanda and Brian; seven great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Partners for Pets in care of Sunset Hill Funeral Home, 50 Fountain Dr., Glen Carbon, IL. 62034. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.herrfuneral.com.
