Jacqueline R. Eaton, nee Karabec, 77, of Collinsville, Ill., born Nov. 21, 1934, in East St. Louis, Ill., died at 4:24 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill.



She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Eaton; her parents, William and Georgia, nee Nalley, Karabec; and two brothers, Joe and Tony Karabec.



Surviving are her children, Mary Trower of Collinsville, Ill., Joseph Eaton of Fosterburg, Ill., Carol (Mark) Shramek of High Hill, Mo., and John (Sue) Eaton of Statesville, N.C.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and her sister, Patricia Lee of Goreville, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, 2011, at the funeral home with Father John Beveridge officiating. Burial will be at Buck Road Cemetery in Maryville, Ill.
