James M. Clark, 65, of Collinsville, Ill., born Wednesday, December 7, 1949, in Kentucky, died Saturday, March 21, 2015, at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Worthington and Mary Ann, nee Brown, Clark.

Surviving are a son, John Clark of Wildwood, Mo.; a daughter, Kristyn (James) Valleroy of Barnhart, Mo.; two grandchildren, Fischer and Ava; a sister, Phyllis (Gary) Edwards of McClean, Va.; and nieces and nephews.
