Jeremy Scott McCormick, 31, of Granite City, Ill., born Feb. 7, 1981, in Maryville, Ill., died at 9:18 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2012, in Granite City, Ill.



Surviving are his mother, Patty, nee Rousey, (Roger) Fountain of Granite City, Ill.; father, Jerry (Donna) McCormick of Edwardsville, Ill.; sisters, Nique "Nickie" Johnston of Texas, Monti Parchman of Texas, Michelle Roberson of Texas, and Angela (Pete) Fusaro of Maryville, Ill.; stepsister, Julia (Andy) Connor of Edwardsville, Ill.; and stepbrother, Steve (Karrie) Clow of Edwardsville, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Sunset Hill Funeral Home, Glen Carbon, Ill., with Steve Arisman officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Hill Cemetery, Glen Carbon, Ill.
