JoAnn Krietemeyer, 80, of Collinsville, Illinois, passed away on February 4, 2022, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Illinois.

JoAnn was born April 2, 1941, In East St. Louis, Illinois, to Marvin Webb Sr. and Anne (Felis) Webb.

She retired after 35 years of service at McDonnell Douglas where she worked as an Executive Secretary.  JoAnn was a major dog lover and animal activist in general. She loved to rescue dogs.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Krietemeyer who passed away in 2018; parents; and brother Marvin "Sonny" Webb Jr.

Survivors include her son, David Webb and wife Carina of Collinsville, Illinois; brother John Webb and wife LaDona of Mt. Olive, Illinois; sister, Carol Chaulsett and husband Robert of Gonzales, Louisiana; and grandchildren:  Jason (Sandy) Webb and Emily (Jake) Hyde.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Herr Funeral Home, 501 W. Main Street, Collinsville, Illinois. Funeral service will take place at 12:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
