John W. Mahn's Obituary
John W. Mahn, 78, of Caseyville, Ill., was born Sept. 29, 1934, in St. Louis, Mo.,
John was called home by the Lord on Friday, Sept. 27, 2013. He was blessed to do what he loved for all his life - the training of thoroughbred race horses.
He will be greatly missed by his wife of 38 years, Sharon Mahn, his seven children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Carle and Madeline, nee Schaffner, Mahn; one brother and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to the family. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.herrfuneral.com.
Funeral: No services will be held. At his request, cremation will be held.
