Johnny was born on February 8, 2002, in Centerville Township, IL.
Preceded in death by father William Stephens Sr, Grandmother Marilyn (Ed), grandfather Carl, Grandmother Linda, aunt Diana.
He is survived by his mother Angel Stephens (Terry Mims) and Bio mother Tiffany Johnston (Michael) Bio father James. Siblings Williams Stephens Jr, Rhonda Futrell, Mark Stephens , Jimmy Stephens , Darrin Stephens, Saprina Knoy, Billie Reed, Patrick Jarvis, Chelsea, Bridgett Stephens, James, Reanna, Nichole, Nevaeh, Curtis David, James, Kaitlyn, Cody. He leaves behind lots of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
