Joseph Allen "Joey" Hartsoe II, 22, of Collinsville, Ill., born March 12, 1991, in Granite City, Ill., died at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, 2014, in St. Louis, Mo.

Joey was currently attending SWIC.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Harold Kite; and uncles, Tommy Davis and Rick Hartsoe.

Surviving are his parents, Joseph and Wanda, nee Kite, Hartsoe of Collinsville, Ill.; a brother, Donald Beshears of Granite City, Ill.; sisters, Ashley Hartsoe of Collinsville, Ill., and Jaime Hartsoe of Imperial, Mo.; maternal grandmother, Deborah Jackson of Granite City, Ill.; paternal grandparents, Tom and Lola Hartsoe of Fairmont City, Ill.; a niece, Kaitlyn Casillas of Collinsville, Ill.; two nephews, Riley Willis of Imperial, Mo., and Kaden Guethle of Chester, Ill.; and many other relatives and friends.
