Joyce R. Farnworth 86, of Collinsville IL, passed away on Monday April 23.

Joyce was born on June 9, 1931, in Collinsville IL. She retired from Federal Service after 17 years of service. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Juda, and Mother, Olinda Juda, nee Cavicchia. She was also preceded by her son Todd Farnworth.

Surviving is her brother, Ralph (Ruth) Juda of McMinnville Or, her grandchildren, Demian and Angie Farnworth of Collinsville IL, and Lisa Farnworth and Bryon Callahan, of Collinsville Il. Her great grandchildren: Devin, Darian, Sophi and Sebastian, also surviving are many Dear Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Golfing Buddies.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday April 26, 2018. At 6:00 PM, Herr Funeral Home Collinsville IL.
