Joyce Elaine Coats Kramer, 83, of Collinsville, Illinois passed away January, 31 ^st , 2019. She was born July 29 ^th , 1935 in Caseyville, Illinois to Arthur and Fern (Powell) Hallows.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ronald Coats and brother Vernon Hallows.

She is survived by husband, Harold Kramer and children, Jan (Thomas) Langdorf of Steedman, Missouri, Van (Michelle) Coats of Granite City, Illinois and Stan Coats of Collinsville, Illinois. She is further survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Joyce was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday, February 3 ^rd , 2019 at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville.

Funeral will be at 10:00 am Monday, February 4 ^th , 2019 at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville.

Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Collinsville.
