Joyce F. Sipole

Joyce F. Sipole, 83, of Caseyville, IL., born June 2, 1935 in Granite City, IL., passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family.

Joyce was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed being with her family.  She will be fondly remembered for taking her grandchildren where ever she went.  Joyce along with her husband Dale were avid Collinsville Kahok basketball fans, the were proud to belong to "Purple Pride" and they also enjoyed each other's company doing crafts.

She was preceded in death by her dear husband Dale Sipole, who passed away in March of 2006; her parents, Oliver F. and Ruby, nee Putty, Corzine.

Surviving are her children, Scott (Nancy) Sipole of Collinsville, IL., Lynn C. (Serena Hagan) Sipole of Caseyville, IL.; her granddaughters, Natalie Sipole, Niki (Tyler) Yates along with their daughter Isabella Yates; her brother & sister-in-law Lavern and Shirley Weinacht; nephews, Kevin (Debbie) Weinacht, Brian Weinacht and Gary Sipole; her niece Gail Garvis; and her great nephew Connor Weinacht.

Memorial contributions in honor of Joyce may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children or St. Jude's Children's Hospital and can be received at Herr Funeral Home.  Condolences to the family can be expressed through this online guestbook.

Visitation:  Friends may visit with the family 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL.

Funeral:  Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at Herr Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Habermehl officiating.  Burial will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
