Judith K. McCarthy, 67, of Collinsville, Ill., born Oct. 28, 1945, in St. Louis, Mo., died at 7:31 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at her residence.

Judith was an avid swimmer and cross country skier. She retired as a physical therapist. She was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Collinsville, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Isabella, nee Alek, McCarthy.

Surviving are her sisters and brothers, Bernice McCarthy of Collinsville, Ill., John McCarthy of Chesterfield, Mo., Juanita McCarthy of Chesterfield, Mo., and Thomas McCarthy of Collinsville, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville, Ill., with Father John Beveridge. Per request cremation was held.
