Obituary
Judy Ann Garrett, age 71, of Granite City, Illinois, passed away at her residence on Thursday, July 7, 2022.
She was born on May 29, 1951 in Cairo, Illinois, and was the daughter of the late Ralph and Dathal Pearl (nee: Brown) Sams.
Survivors include her former husband and friend; Russell J. T. Staggs of Granite City. Other extended family and many friends.
Private Family Interment will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon, Illinois.
Sunset Hill Funeral Home in Glen Carbon is in charge of arrangements.
