Justin D. Cassity, 46, of Willowbrook, Ill., born Dec. 1, 1966, in Granite City, Ill., died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Oak Lawn, Ill.

Justin was a native of the Collinsville area and a life long horseman.

Surviving are his wife, Catherine, nee Kerwin, Cassity of Willowbrook, Ill.; son, Ean Cassity of Willowbrook, Ill.; father, Darrell Cassity of Collinsville, Ill.; mother, Barbara Diane Chadwick of Troy, Ill.; stepfather, Paul Lewellyn of Troy, Ill.; brothers, Bret (Jennifer) Cassity of St. Louis, Mo., and Matthew Cassity of Collinsville, Ill.; uncle, Steve (Diane) Schwartz of Waterloo, Ill.; aunt, Joyce (Randy) Andrews of Maryville, Ill.; sisters-in-law, Karen (Jim) DeZellar of Arlington Heights, Ill., and Julie (Jerry) Thiele of Oshkosh, Wis.; and cousin, Dianna Andrews-Gaither of Maryville, Ill.
