Karen S. Margiotta, nee Paur, 75, of Collinsville, born on September 2, 1946, in Highland, IL, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at her home.

Karen love life to the fullest and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.  Her kind and generous heart left an impact on anyone she encountered.  She enjoyed traveling with her cousins, Bonnie, Jan and Paula, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her many nieces and nephews and her dog, Buddy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lucille Paur, nee Brave.

Surviving are her son, Brian Margiotta of Collinsville; her brother Terry Paur of Edwardsville, her nephews, Kevin, Steve and Scott, as well as her numerous great-nieces and nephews, Timothy, Samuel, Elizabeth, Thomas, Nathanael, Anna Grace, Allison, Emily, Joseph and Mallory; her cousins, Jan, Paula, Bonnie, Phil and Tom.
