Kathi Sue Jeckstadt, nee Taylor, 63, of Caseyville, Ill., born Monday, Aug. 25, 1952, in Murphysboro, Ill., died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015, in Belleville, Ill.

She was preceded in death by a son, Jason Jeckstadt.

Surviving are her husband, Richard Jeckstadt, whom she married on March 31, 1972; her parents, John and Rose, nee Griffis, Taylor; son, Todd (Jennifer) Jeckstadt of O'Fallon, Mo.; brother, John (Sally) Taylor of Collinsville, Ill.; brothers-in-law, Ron (Vickie) Jeckstadt of Highland, Ill., Roger (Debra) Jeckstadt of Gainesville, Mo., and Robby Jeckstadt of Gainesville, Mo. Kathi is further survived by grandchildren, David and Kadie Jeckstadt; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, at Herr Funeral Home, Caseyville, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, at Herr Funeral Home, Caseyville, Ill. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, Ill.
