Kathleen A. Paur, nee Dokmo, 67, of Glen Carbon, Ill., born August 29, 1946, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at Relais Bonne Eau in Edwardsville, Ill.

Kathy graduated from St. Luke''s School of Nursing in 1967 and received a BSN degree from St. Louis University in 1987 and a Master''s degree in 1990. After graduation Kathy worked at St. Luke''s Hospital, later moving to Christian Hospital Northwest and Christian Hospital Northeast. Most recently she had been employed by Alton Memorial Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Birger and Elizabeth, nee Croll, Dokmo.

Surviving are her husband, Terry Paur of Glen Carbon, Ill., whom she married on May 20, 1967; sons, Steve (Lisa) Paur of Alhambra, Ill., Kevin (Toni) Paur of Edwardsville, Ill., and Scott Paur of Grove City, Oh.; ten grandchildren, Timothy, Samuel, Elizabeth, Thomas, Nathanael, Anna Grace, Allison, Emily, Joseph and Mallory; and sisters, Anne Rousseau, Mary Rousseau, Sally Bruns and Sandy Mobley.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014 at St. John United Methodist Church, Edwardsville, Ill., with Pastor Sheryl Palmer officiating.
