Keith W. Geissert Sr.

Keith Wayne Geissert Sr. 71 of the Hollywood Heights area of Caseyville, Illinois passed away on Monday October 16, 2017 in St Louis, Missouri. Keith was born July 24, 1946 in E. St. Louis, Illinois the son of the late Henry and Minnie nee Maly Geissert. He was also preceded by his step father James Mosby and brother in law Derrell Raymer.

Keith was an operator for St. Clair County Roads and Bridges and Caseyville Twp. Road District. He had also worked for Hunter Packing. He truly loved his family and enjoyed hunting and fishing. His pals were a great dane named Max and a terrier named Tanner.

Keith is survived by his wife Tillie nee Clark Geissert whom he married September 12, 1965, son Keith Jr. of Caseyville, Illinois and a daughter Connie (Joe) Wasser of Caseyville, Illinois. A sister Gayle Raymer of Orlando, Florida and a brother Kenny (Ella) Mosby of Caseyville, Illinois. Grandchildren Joey (Taylor Ryan) Wasser, Amber Wasser and Hunter Geissert. Also nieces Tracy Raymer, Nicki Mosby and Vicky Geissert and nephews Eric Raymer, Dustin Mosby, Ronnie Geissert and Ricky Geissert.

Friends and family will gather at the Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, Illinois on Thursday October 19, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM with Rev, Michael Lawrence officiating.
