Kyle Jacob Horstmann passed away on Friday, March 19 ^th , 2021, at home surrounded by family. He was born April 13, 1998. Kyle loved spending time with family and friends and touched the heart of everyone he met. He enjoyed playing baseball, hats, reading books, painting with his grandma, cooking, playing games with his cousins and going for walks with the dogs. His smile was contagious and he taught others to cherish the little things in life.

Kyle is survived by his mother Jennifer Pannier (Mark Bulard), father Bruce Horstmann (Hayley Brown), half-brother Elijah and soon-to-be half-sister Emma-Leigh Horstmann, dad Jamie Barone, grandmother/bestie Carolyn Pannier, grandparents Dennis and Jeanette Horstmann, grandparents James and Elaine Barone; uncles Toby Pannier, Jeff (Molly) Pannier, Andy (April) Pannier and Brian (Tara) Horstmann; aunts Lynn Pannier and  Angela Clark/Pannier; and cousins Brendan (Carri), Nick, Mohra (Evan), Marynna, Marlynna, Garrett, Karynna, Grace, Tyler and Bradyn.

A Celebration of Life service will be held for Kyle…visitation will be Tuesday, March 30 ^th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Troy United Methodist Church in Troy, IL.

A funeral service will be Wednesday, March 31 ^st at 10:00 a.m., also at Troy United Methodist with burial immediately following at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Glen Carbon, IL.
