Lillian L. Case, 77, of Collinsville, Illinois, passed away on December 5, 2021, at her home.

Lillian was born July 15, 1944, to John Joseph and Vivian (Vetter) Wrigley in Highland, Illinois.  She and Robert D. Case were married on April 30, 1966, in Collinsville, Illinois.

She was a lover of the outdoors. She enjoyed hunting with her husband; they would hunt squirrel and deer, and loved to hunt for mushrooms.  Lillian enjoyed doing yard work, she liked house work, and took pride in whatever work she was doing.  Feeding hummingbirds and watching them always made her happy.

Lillian was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Robert C. Case who passed away on March 5, 2018.

Survivors include her daughter, Christine Smith of Collinsville, Illinois; son, Todd (Cindy Jo Zucca) Case of Collinsville, Illinois; brother, David (Sandy) Wrigley of Edwardsville, Illinois; sisters:  Shirley Dunn of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, and Judy (Walt) Stephens of Colorado; grandson, Drake R. Smith; granddaughter, Alivia Brooke Case; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Herr Funeral Home, 501 W. Main Street, Collinsville, Illinois. Funeral service will take place on Monday, December 13, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor John Heather officiating.  Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, Illinois.
