Linda Lee Wyatt

Linda Lee, nee Moore, Wyatt, 68, of Highland, IL., born January 6, 1950, in East St. Louis, IL., passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018, in Highland IL.

Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother who was very dedicated to her family.  She will be remembered for being caring and forgiving who always looked for the good in people and would always help without hesitation opening her heart and home for those who needed her.  After leaving the Collinsville area, she and her husband Butch relocated to their country dream home in Highland, IL., where they enjoyed their family and looking over their lake.  Linda was a very hard working and dedicated employee in the bakery at Wal Mart in Highland, IL.  She loved hosting family gatherings on the holiday's especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She loved crocheting afghans and dressing up in various costumes for Halloween.  She also enjoyed canoeing the Castor River in Grassy, MO., and spending time at her river house in Grafton, IL.  Linda will forever be remembered, loved and greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Timothy "Tim" McCallister, Jason Wyatt; her mother Evelyn A. Moore Lawrence; her father Earl Moore.

Surviving are her loving husband of 44 years Homer Butch Wyatt of Highland, IL.; her sons, Wendell "Lee" McCallister of Collinsville, IL., James "Jimmy" (Janice) McCallister of Collinsville, IL.; her sisters, Earlene, Juanita and Shirley; her grandchildren, Jason Lee, Cassandra, Amanda, Christopher, Matthew, Nicholas, Taylor and Tessla; her great-grandchildren, Jason Lee Jr., Kendon, Paxton, Ayla and Gemma; her niece Robin; her great-nieces, Makela and Kyla; her great-nephew Chris; and countless other family and friends.

Memorial donations can be made to the Donor's Choice and can be received at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family can be expressed through this online guestbook.

Visitation:  Friends may visit with the family 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2018, at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL.

Funeral:  Funeral services for Linda will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Herr Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Habermehl officiating.  Burial will follow the service at St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.
