Lorna L. Potts, of Midloathian, Virginia, passed away on February 20, 2022.

She was born November 10, 1926 in Mason, Illinois, the daughter of the late Lee Smith and Rosa Lee (nee: Colwell) McGee.

She married Earl Potts on January 17, 1946 in Seattle, Washington.  He preceded her in death on October 20, 1995.

Prior to retirement, Lorna was employed as a Claims Adjuster at J.O. Felker Insurance in St. Louis, Missouri, and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Caseyville, Illinois.

She is survived and will be greatly missed by her children; Steven (Janet) Potts, Calvin Potts, Marilyn Greenbaum, Mark (Donna) Potts, several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchildren, a Brother; Max Mahon, other extended family and many friends. She was also preceded in death by a son; Robert Potts, a daughter-in-law; Patricia Potts, two grandsons, her siblings; Jamie McGee, James McGee, and Rosemary Joyce.

Services celebrating the life of Lorna will be Friday, March 18, 2022, 12:00 noon at Sunset Hill Mausoleum in Glen Carbon, Illinois  with Pastor Ron Habermehl officiating.  Interment will follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
