Marcella Jean Furfaro-Tiemann, 90, of Troy, Illinois, passed away on September 30, 2021, at San Gabriel, Highland, Illinois.

Marcella was born December 4, 1930, to Hubert W. and Ruth A. (Mueller) Gibbs, in Millersburg, Illinois.  She married Sam Furfaro and after his passing, later married Alvin Tiemann. They both preceded her in death.

She was a Real Estate Agent and Broker for many years, working for different realty companies. She also was a hairstylist and owned her own beauty shop.  She was a very hard and dedicated worker.

Survivors include her son, Samuel Furfaro and wife Terri of St. Jacob, Illinois; daughter, Tina Gingrich of Texas; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

A private family graveside service will be held at St. Johns Cemetery, Collinsville, Illinois, under the direction of Herr Funeral Home.
