Marian F. Hasamear, nee Gradel, 93, of Collinsville, Ill., born March 18, 1918, in St. Louis, Mo., died at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2011, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill.



Mrs. Hasamear was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Fairmont City, Ill.



She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Hasamear; parents, Joseph and Emma, nee Gehrin, Gradel; sisters, Marge and Shirley; and brother, Joe.



Surviving are her sons, Michael (Barbara) Hasamear of Collinsville, Ill., Timothy (Patricia) Hasamear of Collinsville, Ill., Dennis (Jane) Hasamear of Millstadt, Ill., Patrick (Joan) Hasamear of St. John, Mo., and Mark (Diana) Hasamear of Chillicothe, Ill.; grandchildren, Michael (Kimberly), Christopher (Amy), Timothy (Jennifer), Clifford and Dennis (Teresa) Hasamear, Cheryl (Toby) Knutson, Pamela (Chris) Steele, Tiana Petri, Selena (Paul) McAtee, Tiffany, Mark and Brad Hasamear and Sam Shelton; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Taylor, Nicholas, Kayla, Nicole and Cheyenne Hasamear, Brendan Vernier, Danielle and Caitlyn Knutson, Desiree Steele, Carter and Jonah Hasamear, Jordan Smith, Phillip Petri, Elliot and Marley McAtee.
