Marie Nunn, 86, of Glen Carbon, Ill., born October 17, 1929, in St. Louis, Mo., went into Heaven''s Grace July 20, 2016.

Marie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who very much loved spending time with her family. She was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus in Maryville, Ill., where her late husband Wally was also very active.

She was preceded in death by her dear husband Wallace "Wally" Nunn, whom she married October 23, 1948, in St. Louis, Mo., and passed away August 6, 2002; her parents, Jake and Tillie, nee Kowalski, Posenuk.

Surviving are her daughters, Karen Kassel and Corky Nunn both of Glen Carbon, Ill.; granddaughter Kim Kassel (Jon Kohlmiller) of Glen Carbon, Ill.; and her precious great granddaughter Matilda Kohlmiller.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of Mt. Grace Convent, "Pink Sisters", and may be received at the funeral home.

Funeral: Private family services will be held.
