Marilyn Lorraine Woods, nee Norton, 87, of Granite City, Ill., born Wednesday, July 20, 1927, in St. Louis, Mo., died Sunday, July 12, 2015, at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norbert E. Woods; a son, Kevin B. Woods; her parents, Lester R. and Lessie E., nee Mouser, Norton; and a brother, Maurice Norton.

Surviving are a son, Kerry Woods of Granite City, Ill.; three grandchildren, Brian and Stephanie Woods of Sorento, Ill., Gregory Woods of Madison, Ill., and Eric Woods of Granite City, Ill.; and three great-grandchildren, Billy, Austin, and Zacharie Woods.
