Marilyn Sukovaty, nee Wright, 61, of Glen Carbon, Ill., born Sept. 23, 1951, in West Frankfort, Ill., died at 8:57 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 16, 2013, in Glen Carbon, Ill.

Marilyn Sukovaty, loved kids and helped whomever needed help. She also loved painting pictures and loved working. She loved spending time with friends and family, Linda, Mary and Mickey among other friends, she had many. Marilyn worked at Caseyville Inn, for her friends, Bruce and Brenda, who will be sponsoring upcoming benefits for her children, Gregory and Stephanie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl B. and Desolina, nee Bell, Wright Jr.

Surviving are her life time partner, Edward Hopkins; children, Brian, Shane, Khrissi, Barbara, Kimberly, Tiffany, Gregory and Stephanie; 14 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter; siblings, Carl, Angel, Kimberly, Curtis and Ronald.

Memorials may be made for her children, Gregory and Stephanie in care of Angel Stephens.

Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013, at her home. A dinner will follow at Caseyville Inn in Caseyville, Ill.
