Marjorie J. Drenkhahn, nee Acardi, 94, of Collinsville, Ill., born Sept. 20, 1919, in Collinsville, Ill., died at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013, in Maryville, Ill.

Marjorie was a loving wife and mother. She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Collinsville, Ill., and a member of the Evening Circle.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Darvin Drenkhahn; parents, Frank and Anna, nee Lutz, Acardi Jr.; brother, Frank Acardi III; and sisters, Viola LaPere, Miranda Matthews and Frances Acardi.

Surviving are her sons and daughter, Glenn Drenkhahn of Collinsville, Ill., Todd Drenkhahn of Collinsville, Ill., Dale Drenkhahn of Lake Forrest, Calif., and Kathleen Gordon of Carmel, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
