Marjorie Ruth Lauderdale, 89, of Caseyville, Illinois, passed away at her home on December 24, 2021.

Marjorie was born September 4, 1932, in Jefferson City, Missouri, to Henry and Hilda (Zink) Ousley.

She worked as a teller for 48 years at different financial institutions. Marjorie loved taking care of her family, she enjoyed going on cruises and watching her game shows.

Marjorie is survived by her son, Keith Lauderdale of Caseyville, Illinois; daughter, Sheryl Meyer; sister, Arlene Foster of Jefferson City, Missouri; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Herr Funeral Home, 501 W. Main Street, Collinsville, Illinois. Funeral service will take place on Friday, January 7, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Valhalla Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois.
