Mark A. Ivie, 51, of Godfrey, Ill., born May 26, 1961, in Granite City, Ill., died at 1 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at St. Anthony's Hospital, Alton, Ill.

Mark was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He belonged to the Alton Wood River Sportsmen Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Mary, nee Myers, Ivie.

Surviving are his daughters, Jessica (Kyle) Seger of St. Jacob, Ill., and Candice Ivie of Alton, Ill.; his grandson, Kristian Seger of St. Jacob, Ill.; and two brothers and two sisters, Mike (Marie) Ivie of Granite City, Ill., Bonnie (John) Hutson of Highland, Ill., Kathy (Rob) Modlin of Maryville, Ill., and Scott (Jennifer) Ivie of Edwardsville, Ill.
