Mary E. Fiedler, nee Hern, 98, of Collinsville, Ill., born Oct. 14, 1914, in Fults, Ill., passed away at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, at Liberty Village Nursing Home, Maryville, Ill.

Mrs. Fiedler worked at the Rawlings Manufacturing Company in St. Louis, Mo., for 15 years. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Collinsville, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Fiedler, whom she married on July 25, 1947; and her parents, John and Harriet, nee Bell, Hern.

Surviving is her daughter, Ruth A. Fiedler of Collinsville, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at the funeral home with Rev. Leslie Wagoner officiating. Burial will be at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
