Mary Elizabeth "Snooks" Storm, nee Hoffer, 89, of Collinsville, Ill., born Nov. 26, 1924, in East St. Louis, Ill., passed away 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill.

Mrs. Storm was a member of St. John United Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Storm, whom she married on June 15, 1946; her parents, Eugene and Mary, nee Dunne, Hoffer; two sisters, Marjorie Hoffer and Carol Hoffer; and a nephew, Christopher Carriel.

Surviving are her daughters, Linda (Clark) Davis of Collinsville, Ill., and Diane Kay (Robert) Cullipher of Belleville, Ill.; grandchildren, Michael (Alicia) Cullipher, Stephen Cullipher and Kristin Hubert; step-grandchildren, Julia Davis and Kelton (Lyndi) Davis; sisters, Patricia Carriel of California and Sharon Koehler of Missouri; eight great-grandchildren; and a niece and a nephew.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, at the funeral home with Pastor Katie Jo Bielke officiating. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery in Collinsville, Ill.
