Mary Sue Mc Farland, 87, of Collinsville, Illinois passed away peacefully on February 26, 2024 with family by her side.  She was born to Alva and Hazel (Travis) Agan on January 5, 1937 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mary Sue married Roland McFarland on September 25, 1955 in Clermont, Indiana and to this union six children were born.

Mary was a devout Christian Nazarene and when the family came to Collinsville, she joined the choir at Meadow Heights Baptist Church.  She was a lover of animals with a special love for birds.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Roland and her son Richard.

Mary is survived by her children Randall Gene McFarland, Roger Allen McFarland, Bryan Lane McFarland, Mary Anne Atwood and Cheryl Lynn McFarland, nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
