Mary Ann McGinnis, 65, of East Alton, Ill. was born August 3, 1957 and passed away at home on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, William "Bill" and Sylvia Powell, and her husband, Pharos "Frank" McGinnis.

She is survived by her son, Phillip (Sandie) Powell of Troy, Ill. and two grandchildren, Paxton and Nora. Also
surviving are her siblings: Linda, Dottie, Vickie, John and Eva.

Visitations will be held privately by the family. Mary will be laid to rest with her husband at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
