Mary F. White lived a full and love-filled life! In her 94th year, on December 9, 2020, she peacefully left this earthly home and walked into the waiting arms of the Lord, and was welcomed by her husband, William Glasgow White, her son Robert (Bobby) White, parents Arlie and Maude Howard, brother Ray Howard, Sisters Maude Lou Thompson, Jaunell Thackerson, Wanda Bullard and Carol Jackson.

This caring and gentle woman leaves behind her children, William Jr. (Jean) White, Branson, MO, Joe (Kate) White Glen Carbon, IL., Suzanne (Audie) Towery Salem, OR., David (Mary) White Charleston, IL., and Beth (Steve) Franklin Jeffersonville, IN.   Her grandchildren, Lisa Zaruba, Clayton White, Jason White, Joe and Jarred White, Sadie Hester, Noel Carter, Tiea Vaughn, Patrick, and Sam White, Mary Basaba, and Rebecca Franklin.  14 Great-grandchildren and her "Pretty Girl" Amanda Walker.  She will also be greatly missed by Brother-n-laws, Bobby Bullard and Robert Jackson, Sister-n-law, Bess Howard Bullard, many nieces, nephews, and countless friends whom she loved dearly.

Mary was a licensed hairdresser until she moved to Buckeye, AZ in 1953.  She then became a caregiver for others up until she was 86 years young.  In the late sixties, she became the Grand Worthy Matron with the Eastern Star.
In 1995, after 44 years of living in Arizona, she moved back to Hico, Texas to spend the next 15 years surrounded by her loving family in Texas.  Mary was a member of the Truth Fellowship Church in Hico, TX

A private funeral service will be held at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL  on December 21, 2020 Graveside services will be held in Buckeye, AZ at a later date.
