Maybell G. Williamson

Maybell G. Williamson, 97, of Caseyville, IL., born October 4, 1920, in East St. Louis, IL., passed away on March 19, 2018, in O'Fallon, IL.

Maybell worked at the former Klauss Coffee Company in East St. Louis, IL., where she ground and bagged coffee.  She retired as a baker from Collinsville Unit 10 School District.  She really enjoyed bingo, crocheting and making several types of crafts which she gave to her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her dear husband Elmer "Jack" Williamson Sr.; her parents, Otto and Margaret, nee Reidle, Freise; two grandsons, Jerry Michael and Jason Hobbs; and her four brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by her children, Helen Weinert and Charlette Hobbs both of Caseyville, IL., and Elmer Williamson Jr. of Carlyle, IL.; her sisters, Ruth Williamson and Velda Courvabious both of Caseyville, IL.; her grandchildren, Jackie Spiker, Tracy Spiker, Janet (Kurt) Connelly, Stephen Williamson;  her three great-grandchildren, Sean, Kevin and Ryan Connelly;  also surviving are her two grand dogs, So-Fee and Peaches.

Funeral:  Funeral Services will 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 23, 2018, with Father James Nall officiating at Herr Funeral Home.  Interment to follow the service at St. John Cemetery, in Collinsville, IL.
