Obituary
Melvin C. Foehse, 93, passed away on November 4, 2020 in Florissant, MO. He was
born April 6, 1927 in Granite City, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles & Maude (Schoenewey) Foehse, and his
loving wife Mary Bernice (Schettler) Foehse.
Melvin is survived by his children Mary (John) Simon of Florissant, MO and Mark
(Beth) Foehse, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, three grandchildren and many, nieces, and
nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 10, 2020, from 9 am to 11 am, at Chapel of
the Cross Church, located at 11645 Bentham Rd, St. Louis, MO 63136.
Funeral services for Melvin will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Chapel
of the Cross Church with burial following at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates, 50 Fountain
Dr, Glen Carbon, IL 62034.
