Michael Lee "Mike" Crowell, 36, of Collinsville, Ill., born Nov. 6, 1976, in Belleville, Ill., died at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at his home.

Mike worked at American Steel in Granite City, Ill. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He greatly enjoyed riding his dirt bike and was a member of the AMA.

He was preceded in death by his half brother, Ryan Stolcis.

Surviving are his wife, Dale Ann, nee Lydens, Crowell, whom he married on Sept. 16, 2000; son, Michael James Crowell of Collinsville, Ill.; father, Terry (Shirley) Crowell of Collinsville, Ill.; mother, Kathy (Roman) Stolcis of Maryville, Ill.; three sisters, Michelle (Shawn) Trollard of Collinsville, Ill., Mandy Malter of Collinsville, Ill., and Shannon (Shane) Morgan of Collinsville, Ill.; a brother, Steven Crowell of Collinsville, Ill.; half brother, Roman (Wendy) Stolcis of Phoenix, Ariz.; extended family, Coffman family; and many other family and friends.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013, at the funeral home with Rev. Michael Walther officiating. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, Ill.
