Mildred M. Lotz, nee Ahnefeld, 89, of Collinsville, Ill., born March 17, 1923, in Red Bud, Ill., died at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at University Nursing and Rehab. in Edwardsville, Ill.

Mrs. Lotz was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Carl Lotz; parents, Otto and Celesta, nee Gregson, Ahnefeld; and a brother, Harold Ahnefeld.

Surviving are her daughters, Deborah (Dennis) Dierkes of Collinsville, Ill., and Marie V. Palmer of Collinsville, Ill.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
