Mildred Duncan, 96, of Collinsville, Ill., passed away on November 30, 2016, in Collinsville Ill. Mildred was born on January 14, 1920, in Carlyle Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Baumgartner and Veronica, nee Todd, Baumgartner; her first husband, Robert Burns, and second husband Ted Duncan; brother, Warren Baumgartner.

She is survived by one son, Lee Duncan of Collinsville, Ill.; sister, Virginia Flint of Sarasota FL.; brothers, James Baumgartner of Godfrey Ill.
