Rachel Mildred (Blaine) Preloger, age 85, of Collinsville, IL, died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at Eden Village Care Center in Glen Carbon, IL. Visitation will be 4:00 p..m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 25 at Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, IL. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 26 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Buck Road Cemetery in Maryville, IL.
