Otis A. "Tony" Smith's Obituary
Otis "Tony" A. Smith, age 73, of Union, MO (formerly of Collinsville) died March 21, 2004, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Visitation will be held from 4 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, March 24th, at the funeral home in Collinsville. Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 25th, at the funeral home in Collinsville, IL. Burial will be in SS Peter & Paul Cemetery in Collinsville.
