Pamela Ray Moussette, 64, of Collinsville, IL, passed away at her residence on April 9, 2026. She was born in East St. Louis, IL, on October 29, 1961, to parents, George Robert Atwood and Virgie Mae Atwood (nee Lucas). 

Pamela was a bright ray of sunshine in this world. Everybody loved her and she loved everybody just as equally. She couldn't help but put a smile on people's faces, whether it be with her witty one-liners or her pastry decorating at Kruta's Bakery. She enjoyed spending time with her family and couldn't wait to be a great grandmother for the first time. She also found joy in fishing and especially in playing BINGO.   

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Virgie Atwood. Surviving and honoring her memory are her loving husband, Timothy Moussette; two sons and a daughter; twelve grandchildren; one great grandchild that is currently on the way; her cherished siblings; as well as numerous extended family members and great friends.
