Patricia A. Woodcock, 82, of Caseyville, Ill., born Sunday, Feb. 26, 1933, in East St. Louis, Ill., passed away Monday, November 30, 2015, at the Caseyville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Pat was a faithful member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caseyville, Ill., and also belonged to the St. Ann's Altar Society and the Booster Club. She also volunteered with the Caseyville Food Pantry.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Elsie, nee Blue, Carroll; two brothers, William and Jerry Carroll; and a sister, Irene Stevenson.

Surviving are her loving husband James Woodcock, whom she married on Jan. 23, 1960; four children, a son, James Jr. (Elaine) Woodcock of Sunset Hills, Mo.; a son, Glen (Marie) Woodcock of Collinsville, Ill.; a daughter, Mary Jo (John) Buckley of Caseyville, Ill.; and a daughter, Carol (Todd) Vallerius of Collinsville, Ill. Also surviving are a brother, Glen Carroll Jr. of New Port Richey, Fla.; her sisters, Marietta Wilson of Des Peres, Mo., Joan Richards of Alton, Ill., and Shirley Haenel of San Diego, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Andrew and Julia Woodcock, Courtney, Kyle and Rebekah Woodcock, and Brett and Paige Vallerius. Also surviving are her brother- and sister-in-law, Frank and Barbara Woodcock of Springfield, Ill.

Funeral: A Funeral Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, December 4, 2015, at the church, with Father Ray Schultz officiating. Internment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
