Patricia A. (Chapman) Crews, 72 of Edwardsville, IL, died at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. She was born Thursday, February 29, 1940 in Yale, IL, the daughter of Earl and Mable (Huddleston) Chapman.

Patricia was a legal secretary for over 40 years working for Judge Calbo and Judge Charles Chapman.
She is survived by her husband, Duane Crews, of Edwardsville; two daughters, Sheila Crews, of Edwardsville, and Rebecca (Mark) Wingerter, of Granite City; two sisters, Carol Sue Springs, of Edwardsville, and Sharon Kay (Jim) Hargrove; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Earl and Mable Chapman, and a brother, Charles William (Judy) Chapman.

Visitation will take place from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 19 at Sunset Hill Funeral Home in Glen Carbon, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon.
