Patricia J. Ahlvers, nee Lacquement, 57, of Caseyville, Ill., born May 26, 1956, in Highland, Ill., died on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Mrs. Ahlvers was a member of Gathering Place Church of God.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Allien, nee Lautner, Lacquement.

Surviving are her husband, Michael D. Ahlvers of Caseyville, Ill., whom she married on Aug. 28, 1998; sons, Xavier F. (Christy) Cortesi of Gillespie, Ill., and David (Taylor Farris) Ahlvers of Caseyville, Ill.; grandchildren, Knox and Allien Cortesi and Jeffrey and Jacob Kerner; and a brother, Alan Lacquement of Collinsville, Ill.

Funeral: Service will begin at noon Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at the church with the Rev. Fred Wright officiating. Per family request, cremation rites will be accorded.
