Patricia A. Spreter passed away on Sunday, April 24 ^th .  She was born on January 12, 1942.

She was predeceased by her parents Trusillo and Amy Grisetti, soul mate and husband James H. Spreter, and her sisters Gloria Bozxzardi and Gilda Cox.

She is survived by son Lance Spreter and daughter Wendy Kapp (Kasey).  Pat also left two grandchildren that she adored Samantha Spreter and Chandler Kapp. She is also survived by sister Claudette Klein as well as many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

Pat and Jim owned the Pantry Market and Caboose Ice Cream Parlor for more than 15 years.  After retiring she enjoyed spending time traveling spoiling her grandchildren and walking her dog, Sasha.  Most of all she loved her family and she love life.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 29, 2022, at Ss. Peter and Paul catholic Church, 207 Vandalia Street in Collinsville from 9:30 until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., with Father John Beveridge as the Celebrant.  Inurnment will follow at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial may be made to the Madison County Humane Society for donations in lieu of flowers.
