Paul Franklin Hatcher, 47, passed away at his residence in Collinsville, IL, on August 15th, 2026. Paul was born to Vance and Lynn (Fournie) Hatcher on June 2nd, 1979, in Belleville, IL. 

Paul was a US Veteran who spent most of his adult life working in the construction industry. When he wasn't working, he could be found enjoying the great outdoors by fishing and hiking, or enjoying the History channel - where he was always soaking up information. 

Paul is preceded in death by his sister, Jessica Lynn Hatcher; brother, David Hatcher; maternal grandparents, Paul and Marilyn Fournie; paternal grandparents, Jesse and Velma Hatcher (nee Roustio); as well as his ex-wife, Jessica Hatcher. Surviving are his parents, Vance and Lynn Hatcher; daughters, Kaitlin and Jennifer; son, James Hatcher; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and extended relatives.

A memorial mass will be held at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church on October 10th, 2026, at 10 AM.
